"Cleanliness could’ve been a lot better"
I went in expecting the place to be in decent shape, but it just didn’t really feel that clean to me. The bathroom was kind of a mess, the floors looked like they hadn’t been swept in a while, and there was trash sitting around longer than it probably should’ve been.
The show itself was fine, so I don’t want to make it sound like the whole night was terrible. But for a venue like this, I feel like keeping things clean should be a basic thing, and it definitely took away from the experience.

"Not a great area at night"
The venue itself might be totally fine, but the area around it felt sketchy once it got dark. Parking was confusing, and trying to figure it out while not feeling great about walking back was just... what a joke. I wouldn’t be excited to deal with that again.

"I went in thinking it was going to..."
I went in thinking it was going to be a solid night out, but wow, the whole thing felt amateurish. The sound was all over the place, some parts were basically impossible to hear, and the show just never came together. Maybe they were having an off night, but for what they charged, it felt like a weak effort. I left annoyed and wondering what the hype was supposed to be.

I get that not every seat is going to have a perfect view, and that’s fair, but from where I was sitting I could barely see the stage at all. For the price, I just don’t think it felt reasonable or worth it.

"The fees was just too much"
I was already not thrilled with the ticket price, but then the extra fees was what really pushed it over the top. By the time I got to checkout, it felt way more expensive than it should’ve been.

I went to njpac the restroom situation wasn’t great. There just weren’t enough open, the lines were ridiculous, and I ended up missing part of the show while waiting. For a venue that gets this busy, it really shouldn’t be that frustrating

"Good show, but the concession prices were hard to swallow"
I went to a show at NJPAC and had a really nice time overall, but the concession prices were a bit much. I expected things to be pricey, but the snacks and drinks felt even worse than movie theater prices. I’m conscious about what I spend, and paying that much for basic stuff kind of took away from the night. Next time I’ll probably just skip the concessions altogether.

"Really frustrating ticket support experience"
I tried reaching out to the box office about my tickets and felt like I was just being shuffled around. I called, got passed from one person to another, and then was told to send an email instead. The email response took several days, and even then it didn’t actually answer what I asked. Maybe they were busy or short-staffed, but from my side it came across like nobody really wanted to take ownership of the issue. Considering the extra fees njpac.org charges, I expected the service to be a lot more helpful. Disappointing overall...

"Uncomfortable seats made me lose trust"
I went to a show at njpac the seats really took away from the whole night. They were tight, hard, and there was almost no leg room, so it felt like I was squeezed in the entire time.
After about 30 minutes my back started hurting and I kept shifting around instead of enjoying the performance. For what the tickets cost, I expected a lot better, and it made me lose some trust in going there again. I’d think twice before coming back unless they do something about the seating.

"Had trouble checking out"
I was trying to get my tickets, and the checkout just kept freezing on me. Not really sure what was going on, but I couldn’t get the order to finish, which was frustrating.

"Concessions were kind of a letdown"
I went to a show there, the concessions weren’t great. The snacks tasted stale, the drinks were flat, and the prices felt way too high for what you actually got. The staff was fine, no real issue there, but the food and drink side of it was just disappointing.

"Could Barely Make Out the Show"
The sound was muddy the entire night, and I could barely hear what was going on. I kept having to explain to people around me that it wasn’t just where we were standing, it really was that bad everywhere. Frustrating when you’re there to actually enjoy the show.

"Frustrating website with no real help"
I tried buying tickets on njpac.org it was a annoying experience. The site kept freezing, sending me back around in circles, and the seat map took forever to load. Checkout wasn’t very clear either, so I kept second-guessing what I was supposed to do next. I almost gave up a couple of times. The whole thing had that feeling where there’s no real person there to help if something goes wrong, which made it even more frustrating. For such a major venue, the website really feels outdated.

"Getting Around Was Way Too Much Work"
The accessibility situation was frustrating for us. It was hard to get around, and we had to put in way more effort than we expected just to move from place to place. It made the whole experience feel more stressful than it needed to be.

"Security line was a total mess"
Went to a show at NJPAC and getting inside was such a pain. The security line was barely moving, nobody really seemed to know where they were supposed to go, and the staff kept giving different directions, which just made it more confusing.
By the time we finally got in, I was already annoyed and missed the begining of the show. For a venue this big, they really need a better system becuase that whole entry situation was not fun at all.

I went on NJPAC looking for some info and ended up calling too. The person I spoke with just didn’t seem all that interested in helping me out, and I kind of felt like they were trying to rush me off the phone. Maybe I caught them at a bad time, but my gut feeling was that customer service wasn’t really a priority. It wasn’t the worst experience, but it definitely made everything more frustrating than it needed to be.

"Event setup was kind of a mess"
The event itself was fine, but the setup was disorganized. The lines were confusing from the start, and different staff members kept giving different directions. This is where it got annoying, we’d think we were in the right spot, then get told to move somewhere else. Seating also started late, so everyone was just standing around waiting without much clarity
